Jacob brings a rare combination of precision and perspective to re:done. Before joining the team in 2023, he ran his own woodworking business, and before that, spent nearly a decade as a mortician, managing operations with care, organization, and attention to detail.

Today, he keeps projects moving from start to finish. He manages project schedules, materials, and communication so nothing falls through the cracks.

He especially enjoys the process of taking something worn or outdated and bringing it back to life.

Jacob defines a job well done as on time, on budget, and aligned with the client’s vision. He’s also the one quietly noticing how every joint is finished and whether the trim was done right.

Outside of work, he’s coaching his kids’ sports teams, volunteering, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Fun fact: Most people are surprised to learn he was a mortician, and he’s always happy to answer the follow-up questions.
