Alec’s path to re:done started in drafting, which gives him a strong foundation in how things are designed and how they actually come together in the real world.

Since joining in 2024, he’s been helping lead day-to-day operations in the field. He makes sure crews have what they need, projects stay on track, and when needed, jumps into fabrication work.

What he enjoys most is the variety. No two projects are the same, and each one brings a new challenge to solve.

For Alec, a job well done means a client who’s genuinely excited about the result, and knowing the team improved along the way.

He’s the one paying attention to how trim lines up, how corners meet, and whether everything flows the way it should.

Outside of work, he’s chasing two young kids, mountain biking, hunting, fishing, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Fun fact: He grew up living year-round at a YMCA camp, basically the ultimate outdoors childhood.
