John’s background blends engineering at Caterpillar with years of service as Fire Chief for Blue Township Fire Department, which tells you a lot about how he approaches his work: thoughtful, steady, and ready to solve problems.

At re:done, he’s involved in everything from planning and strategy to job site coordination and carpentry. What he enjoys most is simple: working with good people and making things.

For John, a job well done means doing your best work and having the client feel it.

He’s also the guy making sure there’s a fire extinguisher on every job site. Always.

Outside of work, you’ll find him cycling, coaching a youth mountain bike team, or working on antique fire trucks.

Fun fact: He occasionally tries to divide by zero… and still attempts to “use the force,” just in case it finally works.
