Kade Elliott

Meet Kade Elliott

Carpenter

Always building. Always learning. Probably birdwatching.

Kade’s path into construction started with heavy equipment. After graduating from NCK Tech Beloit in 2018 with a degree in Heavy Equipment Operations, he spent two years operating machinery before shifting into carpentry in 2020, and quickly realized he loved building things with his hands.

Since joining re:done in fall 2025, he’s worked across just about every part of the job site: demolition, rough carpentry, concrete, trenching, roofing, and finish work. For Kade, one of the best parts of the job is that no two days look the same.

He enjoys walking into work knowing there’s always something new to learn, and values being part of a small team where everyone is treated like family.

Kade has always enjoyed building things and helping people, which makes construction a natural fit. He believes every little detail counts and takes pride in doing quality work the right way, including keeping a clean job site.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him outdoors with his wife, exploring, gardening, fishing, or soaking up nature whenever possible.

Fun fact: He absolutely loves birdwatching.
