Karmen keeps the financials organized, supports HR, and ensures the day-to-day operations at re:done run smoothly. Her background in real estate title and closing services gives her a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the processes and documentation that keep projects moving forward.
She joined in 2023 and enjoys being part of the behind-the-scenes work that helps projects – and people – stay on track.
What draws her to the work is the transformation. She’s always loved renovating and remodeling her own homes and seeing the before-and-after come to life.
For Karmen, a job well done means exceeding expectations.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, and collecting and restoring antiques.
Fun fact: She owns a 1969 camper and is part of a vintage camper group.
