Scott rejoined re:done in 2026 as Director of Operations, bringing years of construction experience and a passion for building things the right way. Having previously worked with the team as a lead carpenter, returning was an opportunity to help lead a company whose values and commitment to craftsmanship align with his own.

Today, Scott oversees day-to-day operations, supports project teams, and helps ensure every project meets the high standards clients have come to expect from re:done. What he enjoys most is seeing a great design become an even better finished product through thoughtful planning, teamwork, and skilled craftsmanship.

Scott believes the best projects are built by people who care about both the finished product and each other. He values being part of a team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and takes pride in doing exceptional work.

To Scott, a job well done is one both the client and the team can be proud of. He’s also the one noticing the details most people never see, like a mechanical room that’s as clean and organized as the living room upstairs.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys gardening, cooking, and preserving the harvest through canning.

Fun fact: His happy place is just as likely to be in the kitchen creating a great meal as it is on a job site building something that lasts.
