Restaurants are among the most demanding construction environments we work in, and can be amongst the most rewarding. A great restaurant space does invisible work: it sets the mood before a guest orders, it keeps staff moving efficiently during a rush, and it holds up under the punishment of daily commercial use. At re:done, we’ve built and renovated restaurant spaces that perform on all three dimensions.
What We Build
We work on full restaurant buildouts, dining room renovations, bar construction, back-of-house improvements, and exterior projects. We understand the operational realities of food service, including health code requirements, ventilation and hood system coordination, commercial kitchen clearances, durable finish materials, and the reality that any downtime is expensive. We plan and sequence work to minimize disruption wherever possible.

We specify and install materials appropriate for commercial hospitality environments — not residential finishes that will fail within a year of opening.
