Off-the-shelf furniture rarely fits a custom space perfectly. At re:done, we design and build custom seating and tables for a variety of applications. We can create custom pieces that fit the specific dimensions, materials, and character of your project. Whether it’s a banquette for a restaurant dining room, a farmhouse table for a renovated kitchen, or custom built-in seating for a commercial lounge, we build furniture that belongs in the space it was made for.
Restaurant and Hospitality Seating
We’ve built custom seating for local hospitality clients, including banquettes, booth frames, bar stools, and lounge seating designed for commercial environments. Commercial seating has to look right, seat comfortably, and survive years of daily use in a way residential furniture simply can’t. We design and build with those demands in mind, specifying materials and construction methods appropriate for high-traffic settings.
Residential Custom Tables and Seating
For residential clients, custom furniture offers the opportunity to get exactly what you want in exactly the right size for your space, such as a kitchen island with the right overhang for bar seating or a window seat with integrated storage built to the precise depth of your alcove. We design around your specific conditions and build to a standard that will last generations.
Materials and Craft
We work with solid wood, metal, upholstered frames, stone, and composite materials depending on the design and the application. We have a strong foundation in traditional woodworking and joinery, and we bring that craft sensibility to contemporary designs as well as period-appropriate pieces. Every joint, every finish, every hardware selection is considered, not just the overall form.
From Sketch to Delivery
We work with clients from initial concept through material selection, fabrication, and installation. You’ll see renderings or detailed drawings before fabrication begins so there are no surprises at delivery. Installation is handled by our team, and we address any adjustments needed to ensure the piece fits and functions as designed.
